The backgrounds are fine, the animation is good and the frames are at least better

Eh, I can forgive it for how old it is, what I can't forgive are the mistakes in my opinion which are moments where there are moving pngs and sometimes one frame scenes that are not noticeable to casual watchers but I can see them, this is my opinion, take it with a grain of salt
